Bob’s Famous Steak & Chop House in Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach, lives up to the hype. Spent a little family time after the quarterly.FRSA Meeting. A great place for families together and enjoy a delicious meal. Beechy vibe. Good service. Good food. Good atmosphere. Kid friendly. Everything you would expect for fine dining experience while on vacation. I recommend this place. You could even do a business meeting here

A quiet restaurant on the Amelia Island Omni Resort property, steak was cooked perfectly. They serve large carrots with the meal as well.

Sept '24: Absolutely ranked in the top 5 best steaks we have had. The bread pudding desert was on point; no match for it. The atmosphere is a bit dark and could do with some soft lighting and less of an air of exclusivity but located in a wonderful area where the outdoor patio is delightfully soothing.

We are from Wisconsin, so we know our steak. And this steak was delicious! Great char and big ol baked potato on the side. Highly recommended.

Superb!!, absolutely great.. the wagyu ribeye was perfectly cooked and tender.. the baked potato was so good! .it melted in your mouth.. the asparagus was so tender and crisp.. the mushrooms were so flavorful and more than you can eat.. the keylime pie is homemade in house except for the crust.. so good.. one of the best places I have ever been to..

Great place. Food was amazing, we had a big party, they assigned 2 servers and those ladies didn't leave us wanting for anything. I didn't take one picture because we were enjoying ourselves too much. I had the fish special, it was delicious. I tried a scallop from someone else's dinner, and it was so tender and flavorful. The calamari appetizer was delicious as well. We had desserts, believe them when they say they are shareable. We will definitely be back when in the area again

My first time coming here was for my girlfriend's 20th birthday. Let me just say I'll be coming back, and soon at that. To say the experience was amazing is an understatement. Despite being a 2.5 hour drive from home, I purposely chose Bob's for her birthday dinner date because of two things: 1) steak and 2) the atmosphere. I made a reservation for 6pm on a Friday to sit outside on the deck. Is it an overwhelmingly gorgeous view? Not by any means. But to me that's what made it...The resturant is surrounded by water and wooded areas and is pretty secluded. Out back is the golf course. All of these make for an incredible Florida-esque setting, and I much prefer that over beachfront. As for the food, portions were large and the steaks were cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The sides were also large and very filling. Our server, Anka (Ancuta) was attentive and very friendly, offering to explain any questions we had. We had never tried Wagyu before and didn't really understand the difference. Now we can say we do, and we both recommend Bob's to anyone looking for a unique dining experience.
